1. ANY/ALL information I gather from either my website(s), your emails, or from any Third Party Websites that we are both members of, (e.g. Paypal or Stormpay), is done SOLELY for the purpose of maintaining accurate statistics.

2. This information will be used EXCLUSIVELY by myself as a general guide for current or future Advertising Campaigns, re this situation, or for any other similar situation that I may commence in the future.

3. ANY/ALL information that you supply to me, including your email address and/or any other personal details, will be treated by me as being TOTALLY PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL!

4. I will never divulge your email address, or any other supplied or gathered information, to ANY OTHER PERSON unless instructed to do so by way of a Court Issued Discovery Order.

5. I will never rent, sell or trade your contact email address, or any other email address that you may supply to me, to ANYONE.

6. Should you supply a Testimonial for use on my website, or for use in any Advertising that I undertake, you do so at NO COST. I will send you a 'draft' of how your Testimonial will be presented, and will not use it, until such time as I have received your written permission, via email, to do so.

7. ALL information is stored on my Computer Hard Drive in Password Protected Files.
